Welcome to qwer.poki.love (the "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). poki.love operates the website located at the URL qwer.poki.love as a free browser-based game aggregation portal that hosts fifty (50) lightweight H5 / HTML5 mini-games playable directly in your mobile or desktop browser.

We do not place ads on pages that target users under 13 years of age, do not encourage clicks through misleading labels, and do not modify the Google ad code in ways prohibited by Google. If you believe an ad on qwer.poki.love violates these policies, please write to support@poki.love with the ad unit ID and the page URL so we can report it to the AdSense team.

6. Third-Party Analytics

We may use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc., to measure how visitors interact with qwer.poki.love. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to collect information such as the pages you visit, time on site, referrer, and approximate location, and to compile aggregate reports for us.

Where required by applicable privacy law (including GDPR and CCPA), we configure Google Analytics to anonymise the last octet of the IP address (anonymizeIp), disable advertising features such as Demographics and Interests reports where appropriate, and honour opt-out signals. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by using your browser's privacy settings to block the _ga cookie.

If we add or replace any analytics provider in the future, we will update this Section 6 to disclose the new provider and link to its privacy and opt-out documentation.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, the term "sale" or "share" under California law can include certain advertising uses. We share information only in the following limited ways:

• Advertising partners. We share automatically collected, de-identified or pseudonymous data (e.g. cookie identifiers, IP-derived region, browsing on qwer.poki.love) with Google AdSense, Google AdX, and their downstream vendors so that ads can be served, measured, and (where lawful) personalised. 8. Data Retention

We keep different categories of data for different periods, balancing the value of the data against your privacy:

• Support e-mails sent to support@poki.love are retained for as long as needed to handle the issue and, where appropriate, for up to 24 months for record-keeping, after which they are deleted or fully anonymised.
• Server logs (containing IP, user-agent, requested URL) are kept in raw form for up to 30 days for security and abuse-prevention purposes, then aggregated or deleted.
• Analytics data held by Google Analytics is retained at the rolling 14-month setting by default and is subject to Google's own retention rules.
• Advertising cookies set by Google AdSense and Google AdX are governed by Google's cookie retention rules; many of these cookies expire within 30 days to 24 months depending on their purpose.

Where you exercise your right to deletion under GDPR or CCPA (see Section 9), we delete the data we hold about you within the timeframes required by applicable law, except where retention is necessary for a legitimate legal basis (e.g. fraud prevention or tax record-keeping).

9. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you have a number of rights over the personal data we hold about you. We honour the rights described below regardless of which law applies to you.

9.1 If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland (GDPR)

9.3 How to exercise these rights

To exercise any right, write to support@poki.love from the e-mail address you wish to verify, and describe your request. We will respond within the timeframes required by GDPR (generally one month) or CCPA (generally 45 days, with permitted extensions). We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request to protect you from fraudulent requests.

Opt-out of personalised advertising. In addition to the rights above, you may at any time opt out of personalised advertising delivered through Google by visiting https://adssettings.google.com and toggling off "Personalised ads". You may also opt out via the DART cookie opt-out described in Section 5.1, or by enabling a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser.

10. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

qwer.poki.love is a general-audience entertainment site. It is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from any child under 13 in reliance on the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") or any equivalent rule under other jurisdictions (such as GDPR Article 8, which sets the default age of consent at 16 but allows member states to lower it to 13).

We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to register, subscribe, or otherwise provide personal information to us. 11. International Data Transfers

By using qwer.poki.love you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, where data protection standards may differ from those in your home jurisdiction. 12. Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect against unauthorised or unlawful access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These safeguards include TLS / HTTPS encryption in transit, restricted access to internal systems on a need-to-know basis, hardening of the hosting environment, prompt patching of known vulnerabilities, and periodic review of access logs.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet, and no method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information. Any transmission of information to qwer.poki.love is at your own risk. Where a security incident affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant regulators where we are legally required to do so.
